The Trauma TV series tells the stories from many different groups of paramedics that would be working in San Francisco, California. The leading female role of Trauma is that of Nancy Carnahan, who is played by Anastasia Griffith. Nancy and Terry were co-paramedics; after Terry’s death, Nancy teamed with a newcomer to the force named Glenn Morrison. Glenn is played by actor Taylor Kinney. The rest of the squad, including Nancy, teases and ridicules Glen for being the latest addition to the team. However, Nancy also has had intimate moments with Glen on a number of occasions. The two have not slept together, and the other EMT members wager that time is coming soon.

Additional characters featured on Trauma include Marisa Benez, as played by actress Aimee Garcia; Reuben Palchuck, known as Rabbit, as played by actor Cliff Curtis; and Dr. Joseph Saviano, known as Joe, as played by actor Jamey Sheridan. Three Rivers was a television series featured by the CBS network. It aired weekly, on Sundays, for one hour. Three Rivers only ran for a year before getting cancelled. True Blood is a television series premised upon the books series titled The Southern Vampire Mysteries, authored by Charlaine Harris. The tussles, relationships, hatred, love and journey in the path of life of some young teenage high school boys and girls are dramatized in the series called One Tree Hill launched in WB. The story is about two half brothers estranged from very childhood. Both of them become skilled basketball players when they grew up. The names of the half brothers are Lucas and Nathan Scott.

Lucas’s mother, Karen had a relationship with Dan Scott when they were at high school. Their intimacy resulted in the pregnancy of Karen. But Dan took a selfish move and went away leaving Karen and the baby alone, with a basketball scholarship to college. Karen became a single mother. Eventually Dan’s basketball career failed and he returned to Tree Hill and starts a car business and makes money in it. Then he marries a woman called Deb whom he met in college. Deb gave birth to a boy whom they named Nathan Scott.

At his teens Nathan becomes very popular at school. The main reason of his popularity came from his ability as a basketball player. He is a regular in the school team called the Ravens. Nathan’s half brother Lucas is also inherited the talent in basketball but he is not seen in the school playground. Nathan falls in love with a beautiful blonde cheerleader of the same school Peyton Sawyer. On the other hand as Peyton had lost her mother when she was a child she knows the pains of a child of a single parent and felt sympathetic for Lucas, later this feeling is turned out to be a romantic one. This intimacy increased the tension between Nathan and Lucas.

The basketball coach of the school Whitey discovers the talent in Lucas and wants him to join the school team but Lucas turns down the offer.
