As the most expected series “Lost” season six has been waited for many more action and class drama. Though now it failed to stay up to the expectations as it has begun with an unstable start which is most unlike of “Lost” series.

The episode 3 on Tuesday night ,”What Kate Does”, spent most of its time consuming the audience with the emotional scenes of Kate and Sawyer in remembrance of a cruel past and agonies of leadership with regards to their leader Jack. Hint of drama at the end of the episode but clearly not enough to draw attention of the viewers given the subdued tone of the episode.

The episode takes a start with the after happenings of Sayid’s resurgence. Hurley is on cloud nine while jack is completely entangled by mystery while sawyer is hardly taken aback by his resurrection. By some means he knew that he would come back. He feels it is quite necessary that he should head to the forest and he ventures ahead too. In the interim, Kate takes two escorts with her and pursues him.

Inside the temple, Dogen sets up Sayid wired up to a hand cranked battery and burning him with hot metal. Kind of what Sayid used to do to prisoners in Iraq. Later Lenon tells Sayid that it is a test he needs to pass to prove to others that he is not possessed by dark powers.

In the forest, Aldo tries holding his temper as he convinces Kate that the survivors were not being treated cruelly rather they were being safeguarded from the men-in-black or the black smoke as they were called. Aldo still remembers how Kate had thumped him down in a move to flee the Other’s prison about three years back. As Jin comes along hunting for Sun, she finally breaks away from him knocking down Justin with one of the Rosseau’s booby trap.

At the temple Jack demands a few answers from Dogen. There is a very lively sense of humor that is shared between most of the characters here. When Lenin grins at Jack, Jack asks “Did I say something funny”. Lenin answers “I doubt it .You don’t really have a sense of humor”. It’s kind of funny, something that is common between most of the characters of show- Kate, Jack, Sawyer most of the time.

Dogen forces jack to give a green colored tablet to Sayid saying that only he can succeed in doing that given the confidence that Sayid has on him, but jack is little confused. Frustrated, he finally tries to take the tablet himself. Dogen stops him and admits that he was attempting to kill sayid as he seemed fascinated by the dark powers. Jack questions his instinct. The story takes a great twist here. They reveal that his half sister, Claire was also captivated by the dark powers.

The show is packed up with many emotional encounters of sawyer and Kate. The special one in this is when Kate finds sawyer in others compound sobbing over the grave of Juliet. Sawyer is later joined by Kate, who tries to console him but later on joins him in his sorrows. The flashback also focuses on Kate’s agonies in the past. The only twist in the tale is the return of Claire at the closing, when Aldo was about to kill Jin who is trapped up in a booby trap. The questions of why is she back, for what is she back and is she really possessed by evil powers arise. Check out the next episode for the answers.

A man suddenly wakes up and finds himself in the middle of a creepy forest and is covered in a slimy substance. When he tries to understand where he is, it also makes us think what has happened- a science research gone wrong or alien intrusion

As he takes a look around the forest the surroundings appear little mystifying to him. He is just not able to figure what is awaiting him. Who he is and what he is being there for? He hears two voices from a tent close by and makes a move hoping to find some company but gets yelled at by a couple who were sharing a close moment. Caring least about the stares he is getting, he walks calmly and reaches the city ultimately. He is being taken under custody by a police man he meets called Lou ragger. He is finally being bought back home by Nicole who takes him to be a special child.

It’s interesting and fascinating to note that how this abnormal human creature gels up with the family and in short time becomes on among them though he has a special feature of exceptional intelligence. He first starts by understanding each of the family members and their ways. The kids of the family Lori and Josh have a misconception that he is a retard but later on with the intelligence and his involvement in the family’s affairs get close to him and thus develop a strong connection with the family that they consider him as an equal.

He starts his life with trager family where he tries to understand different ways of the each of the family members. At first, the kids of the family, Lori and Josh, think he is a mental retard but with his persistent involvement in the family affairs and outstanding mental skills, he develops a deeper connection with the family so much so that he becomes very important to them.

Their deep connection with him is very obvious from the fact that the family doesn’t wish in disclosing Kyle (the name given by Nicole, who was believed to be his mother) to anyone as they felt that others might take advantage and make use of his supernatural powers or the government might subject him to scientific research purposes. Gradually and firmly his character gains strength with the shows as he gets to know the human ways of life.

The end of season one addresses the introduction of a completely unknown but invulnerable human figure into the Trager’s family with almost everybody kind of accepting him as a loveable family member who’s always there for everyone in the family ,the same way the family is there for him every time. Second season, however, brings a lot of twists and plot into the family drama making it hell of a lot more exciting to the viewers.

Whereas in the second season a similar female clone appears and goes in search of her male companion who is none other than our Kyle. Hence with this it brings a lot of enthusiasm and drama to the series which makes it much more increasing. So what do you think will they meet or not?

A regular crime thriller has an ending that can be guessed easily but a crime thriller mixed with a touch of occultism is something which is completely fresh in concept. The TV show “Medium” dares to blend crime and parapsychology to astonish the viewers in a unique way. This show is a production of the CBS.

The storyline is like this – Allison DuBois is a woman with three children. Her husband Joe is an aerospace engineer. Allison is also studying law. Apart from these very common and natural things in the lady’s life there is something very extraordinary. This woman is gifted from her very childhood. She has an inborn power to communicate with dead people. She can visualize the future in her dreams and can read other people’s minds. With the passing of days Allison’s unique ability makes her feel many strange incidents. At first she is intimidated and thinks that she has some kind of mental problem. Desperately she seeks help and support from her husband. But her husband Joe, gradually realizes that the dreams, his wife is talking about might just not be of any kind of normal nightmares. She must have some kind of uncanny link with the dreams. Allison mostly sees dead people in her dreams. After some stray incidents it can be seen that Allison is working in the district attorney’s office as an assistant. But he r nature of work is of a strange manner. She helps to solve cases with the assistance from the dead people. The incidents that come into her dreams are horrific and complicated. The problem here is that the law cannot press charges to any individual on the basis of someone else’s dream. Allison’s task is to look back into the incidents and provide the police with good evidences to make necessary arrests and moreover ample hard core proof to the prosecutors to charge the guilty in the court of law.

The performance levels of the actors are quite able to drag the attention of the viewers. Patricia Arquette is casted as Allison DuBois. Jake Weber plays the role of Joe, Allison’s husband and David Cubitt is Lee Scanlon the detective who accompanies Allison in her quests. Among the three kids that Joe and Allison have, Ariel and Bridgett are the two elder ones portrayed by Sofia Vassilieva and Maria Lark. Miguel Sandoval acts in the role of district attorney.

Medium completes a story in one episode so the viewers feel satisfied in watching it. This show reflects the family of Allison like every other common family with much known behavior of little kids. The compatibility of Joe and Allison is superb where Joe is a very good listener of the strange dreams and cases of his gifted wife.

Crime thriller and supernatural occurrences go side by side in the show where the viewers can enjoy the taste of two different platforms in one place.

The Cleveland show is a 20th Century Fox Television production associated with Fuzzy Doors Productions. This is an animation series revolves round an African American family. This show has got some similarities with other animated series like Family Guy and American Dad only here the family belongs to black people. The storyline is like this – Cleveland Brown is a divorced man with a 14 year old son, Cleveland Jr. He wants to move to California. On his way accidently he meets Donna who used to be his high school crush. Donna lives in a fictional town called Stoolbend at Virginia. She is a single parent of two children. A teenage daughter called Roberta and a son named Rallo who is 5 years old. Eventually Cleveland and Donna get married and they make a big new family.

The creator of the lead character Mr. MacFarlane tries to show the well known mental setup of a middle aged male who lives in the suburb of America. Cleveland is bewildered with the generation gap and can’t understand the new generation. He is sluggish and not much expert in raising up his son.

Racial issues are not the focusing point of the show. The black Americans are also not always shown as the ultimate responsible citizens, but the show deals with common nature of general people having the white as well as the dark side in their characters. Any touchy or controversial issue is handled with a straightforward manner in the show where diplomacy has no place. That is the style of Mr. MacFarlane. The messages of morality are delivered in wrong ways deliberately to increase the fun aspect of the animation.

More or less each character of Cleveland has a specialty. Lester is a toothless gun lover who resides next to Cleveland and answers every knock on his door by saying that he knows that a black man has been elected as the president of USA. Donna’s teenage daughter Roberta has the habit of saying “That ain’t The View” if someone asks her how she had spend the day. The 5 year old boy Rello seems to be an inborn talent of delivering double standard dialogues. The show has a talking bear. The voice of Jason Sudekis is used for the bear.

The difference between this show and other MacFarlane animation creations is that, here the jokes hit straight and hard. Some of the jokes are able to tickle the audience and some are total wastage. The lovers of MacFarlane’s animations must give Cleveland a chance.

The voices are of Mike Henry a white American as Cleveland, Cleveland Jr. by Kevin Michael Richardson, Donna by Sanaa Lathan , Robertha by Reagan Gomez-Preston, Tim by Seth MacFarlane, Lester by Kevin Michael Richardson again and finally Rello by Mike Henry again. The casting is done by Linda Lamontagne, music in the show is given by Walter Murphy and the editing is done by Kirk Benson.

Las Vegas provided great entertainment for the viewers till it was banned finally in February 2008. The show put forth a great number of enthralling episodes bringing into limelight the explorations of the rich casino and at the same time looking after the thronging tourists, the criminals and a variety of con artists. Where’s all the security??

The highlight of the show were the beautiful locations in which the shooting aware done. The cast consists of many sizzling and hot characters like Samantha (cast by the General Hospital’s Vanessa Marcil) and the head of operations Danny. The strongest character of the series is Ed tiller who is the hard to the core owner which is done by James Caan. Although in the fifth season the character was replaced by tem stellar. Danny who is yet to proves himself competent for Ed he has an affair with his daughter secretly.

This scored with the people and the secret affair between them formed the funny part of the show which became a huge hit with the masses. The show was all about the fascinating queries that surrounded while it was being telecast. How were the diamonds confiscated? Who were the ones forging the poker chips? Many characters from the “Crossing Jordan” were also featured in the five episode segments.

It was absolutely an interesting take on the Las Vegas casino hotels. How they actually function and what really goes on inside the casino premises. With James Caan leading the show it was absolutely amazing how the show went along with minimal efforts from all of its cast members. Clearly, some cast of talented actors.

The numerous stories that came with every episode just took along the series so well. The script was penned so beautifully and with each and every show it was getting better as a whole lot of scenes and plots were introduced and every character was being etched with the story so nicely. By choosing to shoot the show in “The Monceito”, the crew made a wise choice as that gave way to bring in a lot of twists and turns in the story. Baywatch actress, Nikki Cox joined the cast for four seasons and big celebrities like Paris Hilton, snoop Dogg made guest appearances.

The show also had realistic casino experiences of camera footage from the hotel premises in which people had been caught doing wild things. This also helped to find out mysteries and drag clues out of them at the last moment of the episodes (like even 12 minutes before the show ends).

The entire factual thing about the “viva Los Vegas” was brought to limelight by the show and it is no way fair to quote any setbacks for the show. The show kept up to the expectation that the opening song-the remixed Elvis generated. It carried a lot of actions as said and had very minimal dreary dialogues.

He is kind of a domestic person who’s always on the lookout of their daughters not getting involved in some kind of sexual activities in their own house or somewhere outside. His wife is preoccupied with a clothing boutique all thanks to her daughter. According to Kim her mother overworks her sometimes. She doesn’t like her questioning attitude at all.

The show definitely draws comparisons from the reality series,” “, about Mr. Simmons, the Kiss star; his companion, Shannon Tweed; and their children. While the Simmon’s show had the eccentricity of a conventional family, the Kardashian’s show is more about desperate women seeking desperate measures to climb the ladders of success, and that feels a lot creepier.

Apart from the parents the family includes the younger brother rob along with his five sisters, Kloe, Kourtney, Kim, Kendall and Kylie. The first three sisters Kloe, Kim and Kourtney work at the boutique and are shown to be pretty close with one another and share their emotions to each other freely.

All said and done at the end of the day there is a family bond that exists between family members in spite of supposed differences of opinions, attitude and character that’s somehow keeping the family together.

The art of television comedy will never would have changed to become a part of primetime viewing if it were not for the phenomenal TV show, Everybody Loves Raymond. While the many channels on your tv are full of various tv shows, there are a few that capture your attention instantly hook you before you even notice. The Californication TV show definitely falls into this category. Providing viewers with a dose of comedy and drama, the show has earned itself an impressive rating of 8.7/10 on the reputed imdb website. Starring David Duchovny in the lead role, the series is loosely based on the life of well-known American writer and poet, Charles Bukowski.

The character played by David Duchovny named Hank Moody shifts to Californis to defeat the writer’s block. His steady girl friend Karen (actress is Natascha mcelhone) and their daughter Becca (actress is Madeleine Martin) also move to California along with him. Moody was fighting against writer’s block and also he was not able to overcome the awesome desires like drugs, alcohol and sex.

His aim is to prove to his girlfriend that he’s capable of being a faithful and responsible partner as well as a caring dad. The various conflicting circumstances that ensue in Moody’s day-to-day life and the situations he blames his writer’s block on are what create 30 minute episodes that are full of laughter and fun evoking in the audience a good dose of sympathy for Moody’s predicament.

Monotonous drama showcased in every other series can be really boring for the viewers. Viewers of United States have always appreciated the variations in every series. The CBS has got maximum recognition after starting the show CSI TV. This is an extremely exciting series which contains drama and the crime. The series became so popular in 2002 that it became the most viewed series in that year. This encouraged CBS to go for sequels CSI: Miami and CSI: NY. These series are so exciting that the viewers are at their place throughout the show of 90 minutes.

The members of the forensic team are the main characters in the series. At present the chiefs if the team are Ray Langston (actor is Laurence Fishburne) and Catherine Willows (played by Marg Helgenberger) who is the director of the night shift. They are level 2 and level 3 CSIs. It must have been noticed that there is a change in a lot of major characters throughout the ten sessions.

Many star actors have performed in CSI like Kate Walsh, Dakota Fanning, Stephen Baldwin, Chad Michael Murrey, Kelly Rowen, Stacey Dash and Faye Dunaway. In an episode of seventh season named “Fannysmackin” Kevin Federline played a role of a gangster called “Pig”.
